Anna Silk

Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is an Canadian actress who is most well-known for her character Bo in the Showcase television series Lost Girl. Silk is an actress from Canada born in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Ilkay who is producer and director of drama in St. Thomas University, is Silk's mother. The father of Silk, Peter is an academic. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is a bit of a child with most fond memories of watching TV and going to rehearsals for plays. Silk was a prominent character in numerous commercials as an infant. She was a graduate of St. Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas staged at least two early plays: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk moved from Toronto in November 1999 to Los Angeles California to pursue her career as an actor. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007, when they met during an Actors' Workshop at the Actors' Workshop in Los Angeles. Following their engagement in 2008, they got married in 2009. They were married in Fredericton on April 10, 2011, they renewed vows after her decision to convert to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her first son Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron, her second child was born the 13th of May, in 2016. Silk was also nominated in 2009 for Gemini Awards in her role in the role of Cassidy Holland. In 2009 she landed the main character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. Silk became pregnant during final production of the season 3 finale and announced this to viewers on the Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on the 6th of January, 2013. Silk confirmed via Twitter on June 20th, 2013 that the series was returning to its production. Season Four began on June 4th 2013 by Showcase and Prodigy Pictures. CNN has named Bo's character alongside Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most watched television couples of all time. E! voted it as top TV couple for 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk is the result, and its prominence on social media has earned it a large online fan base.
